"Payment options work, but I’m not totally convinced"
The payment methods are okay, I guess. Direct debit is convenient and bank transfer worked fine for me, but the choices feel a bit limited. I also wish the app explained things more clearly, because when payment info is vague, I start wondering what else might be missing. It’s not bad overall, just feels like it could be smoother and a little more transparent

Got it connected to Xero quickly, and it’s one of those things that just makes life easier. Instead of spending time every week sorting through receipts, it all stays much more organized. If you’re already using Xero, it’s kind of a no-brainer

I’ve been using the card for a while now and, it’s gone through without any drama both online and in actual shops. Part of me expected there to be some catch or annoying restriction buried somewhere, because there usually is with business spending stuff, but so far it’s just made paying for things a bit easier.

It works fine for business spending, so I can’t really say it’s bad, but I expected a bit more for the cost. The fees and rates aren’t as competitive as I was hoping, and I ended up spending more time and energy than I wanted trying to figure out if I was actually getting a decent deal. It’s okay overall, just not the great value I thought it might be

I’ve been using Capital on Tap for work spending and it’s been really handy. Uploading receipts is just easy, and I can quickly see who’s spent what without having to dig around for ages. It’s saved me a lot of time each week, so no complaints from me so far

"Got it sorted eventually"
I had a problem with my account at the start it was a bit frustrating trying to get a straight answer. I had to make a few calls and send a couple of emails, so it wasn’t exactly quick, but... they did get there in the end. I’m glad someone actually listened to the complaint and fixed it, even if the whole process could’ve been smoother.

"Limit increases feel REALLY slow sometimes"
Capital on Tap has been decent for my small business overall, but the credit limit increases take longer than I thought they would. It’s not a huge problem or anything, it just feels a bit RANDOM at times. I’d appreciate clearer updates so I know what’s going on instead of just waiting and guessing

I had a quick question about my account and the support team actually got it sorted right away. They were really friendly on the phone and didn’t make the whole thing more complicated than it needed to be. It was nice to actually get proper help without being passed around.

"Wish we’d sorted this sooner"
We started using Capital on Tap when the gap between paying suppliers and waiting on customers got a bit too uncomfortable. i regret not looking into it earlier, because it would have saved us a fair bit of stress on a few tight weeks. The card and account have been simple to manage, and it’s been really handy when cash flow has been squeezed.
There’s nothing flashy about it, but that’s kind of what I like. The online side is clear, payments show up quickly, and when I had a question, support dealt with it without turning it into a big ordeal. So far, it’s just done what we needed it to do.

"Credit reporting showed up like they said it would"
I got this card mostly because I wanted the bureau reporting, and after a little while the payments did start showing up on my business credit file just like they said, nothing weird or dramatic happened, it was simple overall and when I had a question support got back to me fast.

They actually understood what I was asking, which was a relief, and sorted it without me having to chase anyone. Refreshing to deal with customer service that doesn’t leave you feeling annoyed.
